• Consolidated Takeoff Summary & Unit Conversion: Features a dedicated summary tab that instantly centralizes all calculations into a single, clean dashboard. View exact Rebar weight (LB), Grout volume (CU FT / CU YD), Regular & Bond Beam Block counts (EA), and Precast Lintel lengths (LFT) simultaneously. Easily toggle your final output between Imperial and Metric systems with a single click.

• Dynamic CMU Block Detailing: Automatically separates material outputs into exact counts for Regular Blocks, Bond Beam Blocks, and Precast Lintels. It features precise dimensional inputs for multiple doors and windows, dynamically deducting blocks from the wall matrix at openings. Includes a Slab/Beam Depth deduction to exclude intersecting top slabs.

• Advanced Rebar & Bond Beams: Granular control over the main grid. Drop in full-height bars for jambs or corners using the Additional Rebar tool. Define continuous Bond Beams for parapets or wall tops. For openings, easily configure Sill & Lintel reinforcements with an Extended Bar toggle to automatically calculate precise embedment lengths (opening width + 8″ per side). The script automatically cuts the main rebar grid at all openings.

• Smart Grout Automation Engine: The crown jewel of this script. Select between Fully Grouted or Partially Grouted (by inputting a specific fill height). The intelligent code automatically fills any cell containing vertical reinforcement and actively prevents double-counting—if a bar passes through a grouted zone, the volume is only calculated once. It dynamically deducts all grout volume at door and window openings.
