• Advanced Rebar Detailing: Granular control over vertical and horizontal reinforcement with single or double mats (Quantity of Layers). Includes custom End Hooks and automated Corner Lap Splices. Crucially, it automatically deducts the main rebar grid at specified openings, while simultaneously calculating the extra Header & Sill trim reinforcement required around them. It also includes an Additional Rebar tool to manually drop in full-height bars for window/door jambs or custom structural needs, plus automated Dowels for phased pours.

• Smart Formwork Area: Calculates the exact forming area required for both sides of the wall. It automatically subtracts the precise surface area based on your custom door and window dimensions/quantities. It also includes a Slab/Beam Depth deduction to exclude intersecting top slabs, preventing overestimation.

• Net Concrete Volume: Automatically computes precise cubic yardage based on wall length, height, thickness, and custom waste. It dynamically deducts the exact concrete volume for all configured doors and windows, and works seamlessly with the Slab/Beam Depth toggle to output only the true net concrete required.
