• Advanced Excavation Metrics (Grade Beams): Automatically computes true excavation volumes for foundation beams by factoring in the element dimensions, customizable working space clearance, and soil slope angles.

• Advanced Rebar Detailing & Seismic Design: Granular control over top, bottom, and middle longitudinal bars. It features automated Corner Lap Splices (‘L’ shape) and highly detailed transverse reinforcement. Easily configure standard stirrups and single-leg Cross Ties (width or depth direction). Crucially, it includes an automated Seismic Node toggle that computes the confined zone length per ACI codes, applying a specific denser spacing at the supports versus the normal span spacing.

• Smart Formwork & Shoring: Calculates the exact forming area required. Includes an Embedded Beam toggle to deduct formwork at intersecting top slabs, and an Over Walls/Grade Beam toggle to automatically exclude bottom forming when resting on masonry walls or soil. Additionally, it computes the exact number of Shoring Posts required to support aerial beams during pouring.

• Net Concrete Volume: Automatically computes total concrete volumes based on your linear takeoff length, width, depth, and custom waste. Works seamlessly with the Embedded Beam toggle to subtract the slab thickness, outputting only the net concrete required and preventing double-counting with your slab estimates.
